These badges are 76mm x 32mm and come as pictured.
All you need to do it fill in the personalisation box with all the details you would like on the badge e.g:
1. Workplace name e.g Leeds Teaching Hospital. Or 'Hello my name is...'
2. Name
3. Job title.
If you don't wish to have all of these details included just omit them from the personalisation box. All this information will be centralised on the badge like the above image.
Please not if you ask for Hello my name is on the badge please specify whether you would like this as the standard NHS version or the cursive version. If you do not specify it will come in the cursive version as pictured.
